Please open the Home OK mobile app and follow carefully the steps below in order to change the password:
- Scan the AFP code which is present in your invitation letter or enter it manually.
- Click "Forgot Password" and then scan or enter manually your AFP code again.
- Enter the email address you used during registration and then press "Send Verification Code".
After following the steps above successfully you will receive the verification code on your email. In the next section please proceed:
- Enter the verification code.
- Enter Password.
- Enter Password again.
- Press "Reset & Sign In" button.
